This has been covered here before. It's due to the sun melting the shroud via magnification through the projector. They switched back to only using chrome and no longer produce the black shrouds.

Mine are doing that on my 2015 as well. There is another thread on here for the same issue! Pretty sure that guy got new black headlights paid for by dealer...
