when i turn my truck to the right especially coming out of a drive i can hear and feel a shifting/clicking sound and do not know what it is

U joint or CV shaft, depending on if you're 3/4 or 1/2 ton
Check out your front shafts for play. Jack up the front end, and turn the wheels forward and back slightly but quickly. If you've got excessive movement and hear the noise...bingo!
