Has anyone added one to a Reg Cab? Was it worth it?

I'm looking at the Hellwig F/R replacements (I don't currently have a rear bar).

1 7/16" Front
7/8" Rear

Or Addco bars

1 3/8" Front
1" Rear

Logic to me dictates that I want the fattest bars front and rear, so I should use a Hellwig Front and Addco rear. However, I feel that these companies likely spent a decent amount of time doing R&D and 'dialed in' what they felt was the best combination.

I will also very likely be getting a 2/4 drop, kind of depends on how the truck acts with the sway bars.

My thought is the larger rear sway bar would lead to a greater occurrence of 'spinning out' and the larger front would lead towards more under steer.

Go...

I've done them on my Gen II as well as my Cherokee. Unfortunately, they are pretty 'unit specific'. That's why I was asking about Reg Cab Gen IVs

I have a rear sway bar. But it's also on a 3rd gen quad cab.

Yep I installed the Hellwig front & rear bars. Same ones used on Gearz. The rear one seems to make it ride a little rough, But it handles GREAT. Be sure to use both. I installed the rear 1st and the front felt mushy until the Hellwig larger bar was installed. I will try to get pics up sometime this week.

My R/T came with front and rear sway bars and the lonestar came with front and rear sway bars. Never driven a truck without them so can't say how much they help
