Just bought my first ram.

Hi everyone.
I'm new to the forum and the dodge world.
Just picked up a 2000 Dodge Ram 5.2 Magnum Larime SLT with 40k miles.
Got it from a customer at work who has 5 other cars and didnt need this truck..

Plans for truck:
Tint front two windows
Cat back SI/DO exhaust.
CAI
Super chip flash paq
Dash board cover (obviously)
Clear head lights and fog lights (all fogged up)
Level front end and put 33s

Will post up pics when i can make my girlfriend bring her nice little cannon camera over >

Check all the hoses and belts and change the fluids to start

I wouldn't necessarily do maintenance based on mileage as much as I would age. I'd be willing to bet that truck did a lot of sitting or real short trips to be 12 years old and only have 40k on the clock. I would change ALL the fluids and hoses just based on that
