I have owned my dodge ram for close to a year now. I am not knowledgeable on diesel vehicles... I just got a diesel because I thought that was the best economy and nostalgia and because the dodge styling looked so cool to me. I'm not very handy, but between the truck manual and knowing a sweet diesel mechanic, I haven't trashed the truck yet. I've been having a lot of fun with it and hope to get a lot of use out of it.
I must admit, I was really disappointed during my test drive just how queit it is, but I'm advised not to modify it.
