Hello from the Great state of North Carolina. I have just purchased my first Dodge product. It is a silver 2012 Ram 2500 Laramie 4x4 crew-cab with the Cummings Diesel. I love it so far. I own a small Welding Company in Kernersville, NC. I also have a 2002 Ford F-350 with the 7.3 Power Stroke engine ( the last good diesel Ford has put under the hood), a 2004 Ford F-450 with the 6.0 Power Stroke and a 2006 GMC 3500 with the Duramax engine. We'll see how the Ram will do. Love the site.

Welcome! and amen on the 02 Ford Diesel. The new ones are faster than the Raptor but slower than an F-150 5.0, and Me!

So I take it the F-450 is the one with a Service Body, and the Ram for smaller Jobs.

Yes, the F-350 and the F-450 are our welding rigs and the GMC 3500 is the week-end warrior. We ride atv's and sxs's in our free time. The GMC never leaves the driveway empty, it is either hooked to a 22' enclosed trailer, a 24' goose neck equipment trailer, 38' fifth wheel Jayco camper or a boat. The Ram is my run around truck. But it is going to start sharing the weekend duties.
