2WD leveling kit size??

I have 2011 and want to level the front. I measured from the ground to the fenders and there is about a 3inch difference. Common sense is telling me I need 3" kit.


is this right?

I spent a little time looking around and the best leveling kit I can find for you would be a 2" kit. Personally I don't think I'd go with a kit that would make up the difference between the front and rear 100% because then any time you put a little weight in the back, you'll sit nose high. You'd want to keep a slight rake to the truck and I think an inch difference would be hardly noticeable at a glance.

You want it to be as close as possible, but I would still go for a little rake, for aerodynamic reasons, ie. mpg.

I rocked a 2" and love it 3" would have made it look too high up front

One thing to consider because on the 2wd, we have to have the coil springs removed which labor cost is through the roof. So while your paying the big labor bill for only 2" you might as well get the 2.25 front and 1.5 lift rear this kit offers. It comes with Shock extensions, and bump stops. More money but I feel like its worth it in the long run.

If your interested in that spacer I have I'll sell it to you for 40 bucks. But your gonna have to pay $250+ to get it put on and that's on the low end, unless you do it yourself. Also search readylift here in the lifted section and you'll see some before and after pictures.

And I can tell you that you do NOT want 3" spacers, it will ride so hard that it will send the shocks to there limit on just small bumps, it will hit the bump stops all the time , and bounce down the street, I have tried , 1.5, 2.0 2.5 and 3inch, the 2.5's were the best, great ride and still with gas in it , it sits level, with my CST 7 inch
