Could someone describe their leveling kit vibrations?

Went for a road trip with my 2013 Ram this weekend and I have some questions. Previous experience with leveled trucks was my 2005 F150 with Bilsteins at max height. Slightly stiffer ride but very comfortable overall.

My RAM has 2.5" leveling kit, dealer installed. The truck seems very stiff which I'm ok with, but I'm parnoid about vibrations. Goind down the road, my center console/armrest seems to have some decent shake to it (roads are great). Up on the highway I can't tell if the vibes are from driveline? Maybe it's not vibes, maybe it's just stiff truck translating road imperfections.

I feel them more in the seat of my pants/center console and they don't seem constant. My truck tracks straight and I feel no vibes through the steering wheels. So I'm wondering where you guys feel the vibes.

Just second guessing the 2.5 at the moment. I don't want to go lower, but I'd love to try 1.5" or even 2" spacer to see if it's me or if it's just the truck. It's just that it's an expensive proposition to go out test.

I have a totally stock 2012 5.7 and it rides extremely smooth but at certain RPMs I get what Ive started calling "the center console shimmy". I think it may have more to do with the driveline then the suspension as well. For all I know it my be the eco mode.

if there are vibrations in 2wd it has nothing to do with the level kit. Vibrations caused by a level kit only happen in 4wheel drive under hard acceleration.

I would make sure your tires are properly balanced and also that the alignment is good

Did you change rims or are they stock.

If you changed rims make sure the retaining washer that is on each mounting surface is removed!

If it were caused by level then it would be only in 4wd. I'd say its most definitely in your tire and rim arear.

Thanks! I used my stock wheels with a set of 275/65r20's. Just an inch taller than stock. I'm going to get them rebalanced.

I had a ~50-60mph vibration. When I had my recall (driveshaft broke off of the locked up gears)and they replaced the rear diff guts, the dealer noticed the vibration and said my driveshaft was bent so they replaced it. Reduced but did not completely rid my truck of vibrations at that speed. I think it was bent before though.

Vibration with 4wd acceleration before and after applying the blistiens is the same.
