2012 ram 1500 4x4 with 3in body and 2.5in rear spacer/3in front spaced.

I want to replace the spacers with a 6in lift and use either a small spacer or 5100's

Anything special to note when adding the suspension lift? Worried about brake lines.

Note: I don't see off-road only 4x4 truck gets is when it snows heavy. I will be regearing. I don't need to be told about cv angles.

Full 6" kit will (well they should) come with extended brake lines and people run extra lift all the time with them. You should be fine. Just keep an eye on them when installing. You'll definitely need an alignment afterwords. People stack lifts all the time but its just something you have to be careful with.

How heavy of 4x4 off-roading does the truck see? You should consider re-gearing. Also has anyone told you about those pesky cv angles?!

Yes all the time and my cv angle is not bad at all with a 3in front spacer. And I'm regearing to 4.56 shortly after lift and alignment would done at the same time
