Hey yall first time poster,

So forgive me if this is a repeat type thread but I'm just looking for opinions based on everyone's experiences. So I purchased my 2017 2500 HD 6.4L with off road pkg and want to put a level kit on with 35's. I drive like 50 miles highway each day commute but live in the country driving thought fields and mud often enough for hunting and such. Also, I live in PA so we usually have some good snow falls pretty often. Any suggetions on level kits? How about BFG KO2 vs Cooper STT Pro? Will take suggestions of other tires also, just have read very good things on these two.

I ran a 2 1/2" RC spacer with shock extensions for about 6 mo after I bought my truck.

I purchased the spacer kit and new wheels and tires 6 days after I bought my truck, I knew the spacers were temporary, but it did the job. Ride was about the same as stock.

Went to a Thuren soft ride front suspension system. About 8mo ago

The Thuren suspension is night and day to a spacer kit. I have a much smoother ride, as well as increased suspension travel. Highly recommend a higher end level kit over a spacer.

As far as BFGs, I am running 35x12.5R17 KO2s. Keep all 4 at 55psi, rotate every 3k miles and at 12,000 miles I'm at about 60% tread. Only gonna get about 30k out of them.

I agree with juvenator. I currently have the RC 2.5" leveling kit. Yes it does the job and looks ****** awesome but it doesn't help the ride any. Feels just like stock and we all know how stiff the ride is especially if you're running at correct psi. I'm going to upgrade to the thuren leveling kit once my current tires (305/55R20) need to be replaced. Gonna move up to 35/12.50s.

This is off topic... but I'm looking into a 2500 with the 6.4L. What's your average mpg, not towing?

Here are some stock pics of it. All I've done so far is tinted it out, first two pics, and put a deeper muffler on. As far as gas mileage goes, I average 14.5 at mostly like 40-50mph PA country highway speed. Those factory tires are terrible and I can't get rid of them soon enough.
