I just got this from procomp regarding their level kits for 2013-14 rams.
TECHNICAL ISSUE:
Pro Comp has received isolated reports over the last year that the installation of 2.0" - 2.75" leveling kits on 2013 and 2014 Ram 1500 4wd pickups will unseat the upper ball joints from the upper arm. In the few reported cases, the ball joints will unseat when the vehicle is removed from the service rack and the suspension is loaded. Since a Chrysler technical bulletin has been released stating that they will not cover their parts under warranty if a leveling kit has been installed, Pro Comp will discontinue use of Level Lift products 61180, 61180K or Pro Runner Struts ZX2014 with the spring seat in the lift height position for the 2013 and 2014 Ram 1500 4wd pickups.
CORRECTIVE ACTION:
Do not use Level Lift part numbers 61180, 61180K or Pro Runner Struts ZX2014 with the spring seat in the lift height position for the 2013 and 2014 Ram 1500 4wd pickups.

i had issues with my kit back in january or Feb this year and they told me I was an isolated case.
