quick update. front lift is in. didn't end up using the spring compressor. pulled the caliper off. that gave me the extra room i needed. but it was no 2.5" lift. the spacers were 1 3/4" which lifted the truck 1 1/4". I haven't put the rear spacers in yet. Also so much easier to unbolt the upper A arms then trying to pop the A arm from the spindle.

Pic with rear lift in. Not a noticeable difference between the two pics but you can tell sitting in the truck and from behind. Also added a pic of the factory sport exhaust I added and dual exhaust bumper.
