When I get home from working up in ND I plan on giving myself a present of a 6" rcx kit. I already have the level kit from them and a 3" bodylift.
1) How much front and back will I actually gain? I'm wanting to be able to figure out where Ill be setting. I have 35x12.50x20 toyo mts and I honestly think it can pull off the 9" of lift because of my fender flares taking a bit of fender gap away.
I know the rcx kit is supposed to level it but I do like ever so slight rake.
2) I am considering switch to a 36" tire on an 18" rim or a 37" tire on a 17" rim. I'm thinking about going with the smaller rim for bigger tires to take away some of the outward mass that axle has to turn. I know the huge tires wont help but...I also like the more offroad oriented look.
Are the 2012 axles just impossible to change the gearing in because of whatever is welded in the front? or is there a possibility of somewhere down the line kits being available? Or will it be a bite the bullet situation and find a front axle from an earlier year. < I dont really wanna mess with re gearing. ITs just preparing myself for things to come.
Thanks guys!
