Im at work and just now remembering to ask this question. Don't have exact spec's, but maybe those in my situation have already done this. I want my Ram to have the same size big boy tires that the Hemi has. Yeah I have to general cookie cutter tires that came with the V6. Has anyone made the upgrade and took it to the dealer for a computer tweak? Any noticeable drops in MPG?

Stock size should be 265/70/17 and you should easily be able to upgrade to the 33s. Yours are close to 32 and the dealer would be able to update the computer for correct size. You would notice slight performance decrease and mpg loss, but if it's what you want then do it. Stock size for the 20s are 275/60/20 if you're talking about upping the wheel size as well. If you just want larger tires on current wheels a 285/70/17 would be one size up.

My '14 Big Horn 3.6 came with the 265/70/17's. I bought the Sport Wheels and 275/60/20's from someone on another Ram list, and sold the 17" chrome clad's locally on CL. My net cost for the swap was around $700.
The dealer flashed the computer for $50. Seems like I lost about 1 mpg with the tire size change. It;s hard to tell though as the cold weather hit right after I made the switch. I didn't notice any difference in performance though. Let me know if you want to see pics of the difference in looks.

Here are before and after pics. I also changed from Bushwacker OE flares to the factory flares. I bought them from a guy who took them off his '13 Outdoorsman and then I had them painted.
