Same one I have. Can't beat the price and it still looks new after having it since May of 2012. More than once this year it held 1 to 2 feet of snow with no problem and my bed stays drier than my old truck ever did with a Bakflip.
With what I paid for that Bakflip, it was a nightmare and they wouldn't stand behind their product either. This has been problem free for much longer so far.

No I can only be opened from the back. You need to open the tailgate to open the cover.
