yea i will paint them both, but not today.
No if you take off your radiator cover , look down behind the grill, there is four clips you lift em up and push and it will come off, the black part os the hard part. Theres two holes on each side with clips in them you gtta push them back and fold the black piece in the middle the slide the bottom out.

The black part is certainly a bit tricky to remove, but if you take you time and look it over, you can see what needs to go where. There is a little clip in each 'horn' that you can kind of sort of get to. Then the black piece folds a bit and clears little ears on the ends at the top of the emblem.

I know im not looking forward to the rear one. Do you have to fishing lne it oike the other badges? Ive seen some just mask the tailgate n ram while its on the truck.
