It's no secret. I hate chrome on anything after a 1972 Corvette. It doesn't belong on a sport truck which is the route I'm going with my Express either. I have a lot left to go still. Lowering, black headlights, black exhaust tips, tonneau, full infotainment with Bluetooth and backup cam.... muffler, then gears and limited slip, and then power mods.

My wife thought I was being silly removing all those enblems and buying replacements. Now she agrees though.

Chrome worked on the old muscle cars, nowadays anyone who puts it on anything should be tarred in honey and chained to a red ant hill.

Well when I purchased mine in 2010 chrome was already on it. I've kept the front/rear bumpers as is.

blk stuff

I changed my grill inserts from the chrome stripped horizontals to honeycomb(a few coats of gloss black added to)Had factory wheels powder coated blk,rams heads were replaced with blk ones,hemi 5.7 was replaced and blk side steps..

HHHMMMM was gonna post a cpl pics but they all go ****..

I replaced all my chrome with black also. Most of it can be seen in my sig pic

My old man was a chrome fan....he'd tan my hide if he saw the path I've taken.

I bet your old man wouldn't be a chrome fan the way it's done on these trucks. They didn't have chrome sheets on those muscle cars.
