Gang I got this pretty cool Father's day gift the swing case. It comes in either the driver and passenger sides. Secures to the side by self drilling screws and took just 5 minutes to install. Let me know if there are any questions slet me know?

Pretty cool, I think I will pick one up sooner than later. Then I can stash the stuff from under the seats and make room for the stereo....

I got one of them....best addon to my truck. I have a tonneau cover and I didnt want a tool box. I love the little toolbox but sometimes its a pain in the ass to unlock it and swing it out. Eventually I can see myself getting a second one for the other side.

side note:

I did have to remove it when I loaded 4x8 ( installing a subfloor for my laminate flooring in my house) but it was easy to remove because once u swing it out, it just slides right up.

Just added two of these to my truck last night. The best price I found was at autoplicity, for $157. Installed very easy. Only two problems to note. They are lockable, and you would think that if you buy two of them, Autoplicity would make sure they have the same keys. Not the case. The second is that the bracket arm is shipped stored inside the case, and somewhere along the way it got bent. It was easy enough to straighten it back out. So far I really like them. Only wish they were even bigger. I have some heavy duty jumper cables, and in one box I was able to store the cables, a compressor, a portable tool box, and a 4 way lug wrench, and still have the two trays empty.

P.S. Just called Undercover. They will sell me a set of two replacement locks for $26. Since I have a cap that locks, I don't think I will end up even locking these boxes most of the time, but it's nice to know that I do have an option in case I change my mind in the future.

Really a neat concept. I've been thinking about some sort of sliding tray. I plan on diving my rear up since I have ramboxes and running a bakflip (eventually).

I have two and both lock fine. You can also pad lock the bracket so no one can remove the whole box. Have it stuffed with tools and towing gear. Freed up room in under seat storage for a nicer subwoofer box :)

Tie down

Does the tie down ring located near the bottom of the truck bed wall inter fear with the case?

I love mine - have the drivers and passenger side. I think they are wonderful - allows me to not keep windshield fluid and stuff like that in the cab.
Get them, they are terrific !!

You guys who have had these for a while hire they holding up?
Has anyone had issues with the self tapping screws coming out? Would you be able to use nuts and bolts to install these?
Thanks

I probably use mine 3/5 times a week, mine are doing great.
As far as bolt and nuts to mount it, that would be some small area for a guys hands on the back side to thread the nuts.
