Looks good, I love mine! And to the guy that mentioned different foam, I went to Sears and got the tool box liner foam, kinda sticky and fit it in the bottom. I still may do the sides but haven't done it yet.
As for carrying the weapon with out a ccw in the console vault, it's going to depend entirely on your states laws. If the ammo was in a separate area and the console vault was locked, you should be ok. Now if your states laws for peaceable journey state that the weapon can't be accessible from the drivers seat or passenger compartment, then this won't cover you.
