I installed my premium cluster(used) and now the engine doesn't turn off. I can take the key out and the engine just keeps running. When I put the old cluster in everything goes back to normal. Anybody ever dealt with this or know a solution?

I replaced my 2016 6.4L 2500 base cluster with a 2016 5.7L 1500 big horn premium cluster and it was plug and play (I installed when the mileage matched the new cluster to the tenth of a mile). I did test it before I reached the mileage and no issues then either. It even has the correct "2500 Heavy Duty" displayed on startup.

What year cluster did you get? Was it from a V8 or V6? Gas or Diesel? I'm pretty sure if you got a V8 one it requires some mods to tach correctly with your V6.

I have never heard of that happening. What year is the cluster out of? Does everything else in the truck work normally?

That may be it. It came out of a V8 but I do have a V6. Guess I'm going to have to hunt for 1 from a V6

It came from a 13 and I have a 14. RPM gauge doesn't seem like it correct also

Also, try to find one out of a 2014 as well. 2013 was a transition year for RAM trucks and I believe for 2015+ FCA locked the PCMs on all their vehicles. Not that that means the clusters are as well, as I did 2016 to 2016 and 1500 to 2500 with no issues.

Look for a 2014 Gas V6 Premium cluster and you should be good to go.
