I yesterday I picked up my '14 Ram 2500 from CarMax after having katskin leather installed. my truck has heated seats but also has a button with a fan for the ventilated seats. I did not check the ventilated seats function before buying the truck, but it is still under warranty.
They did not put ventilated/perforated leather in the seats and when I push the fan button the lights do not light up like they do for the heated seats.
My question is, are some of the buttons dummy buttons and my truck does not have ventilated seats despite the button so all is well, or did they cheap-out and not put perforated leather and possibly disabled the fan? I checked my VIN and it does not list ventilated seats but does list heated, but the button presence and its clickability has me confused.
