Wanted to show my blue led conversion

I will be tackling this mod in a couple weeks, got the leds for it, waiting on some replacements parts for my soldering gun to come in.. I see you successfully changed the evic screen, what did you do for that? I have the dual zone climate controls and want to change the digital display to white to mach the colors Ill be switching to, didnt think changing the digital display was feasibly possibly but seeing your evic make me optimistic.

For my evic screen I used 6 PLCC-2 90°. Only place I found them was here CrazyLed's. Dont know if its the same used in the dual zone climate controls.

Can you still use the reastat dimmer? I don't think led's are dimmable right?

It come with leds. It dims just like stock.

Sorry its taken so long to respond. Been so busy lately. I got my leds from these two spots. CrazyLed's and LEDs - underbody kits, cathodes, flexible LED strips, dome lights. I only used crazy led's for evic screen 90 degree leds.

Do you know the type of bulb that is used as the ambient mood light on the roof console? It's green and I wanna change it to red.

On that one it was easier just to remove the stock led and install a 3mm led. I just put alittle plastic epoxy on it to hold in place. Wired with resistor to factory wires. Also it was pretty bright with the blue I used, so I played around with the resistor to lower the output. Sorry but I dont remember the final value.

As bad as i wanna do that to mine(red though in my mango tango)it just seems to much detailed work and i really dont have the patients for tedious ****..
