Good to know, I've been wondering when they were coming out again. Anyone know how these sound compared to Moe's tips?

Dumb question... how do they change the sound?

I know it sounds weird, but it does. I added Moes stainless 5" and you can hear it at idle, and through the throttle.

I was wondering by others saying that before I added them, but they are correct. It does.

I know the taper will be invisible but that drastic diameter change looks funky. I like the gradual taper of the Moe's tips. And how are these favorable to Moe's if they're not priced any more aggressively??

Think of it like when you talk through a pipe. A bigger pipe will make your voice deeper, where as a smaller one will make your voice higher. This is kind of the same concept. Bigger tips also seem to smooth out the tone

They are stainless tips coated blank. In the future they will be available in stainless finish.

No there is not a rolled lip on them like factory.

Are these the factory tips or are these the 5" tips from Moe's? They look great.

Probably factory tips, I painted the first set on my 2011, then I added the Magnaflow #16869 cat back, and had their 5" tips powder coated.

I think to date Moe's 5" look amazing if you want stainless, but these Vegasdragger looks great if you want black. Fills the rear bumper holes better IMHO.

my 5" tips came attached to the MagnaFlow cat back system and I have to believe they came nowhere near 200.00 just for the tip part of the whole system.

Eh... single wall tip, SS, black powder coat. You were 2/3 of the way there and then botched it. Would have been nicer for a dual wall slant tip, SS, same powdercoat and everything else. The single wall tips look like **** from the back, hence why you see rolled rips from the factory and moes stuff. NO rolled edge at minimum makes the tips too "thin" from behind and then the bumper cutouts look empty. I like everything about these except being non dual walled. $200 for these wouldnt be bad if they were dual walled. I payed $100 for my 5" dual walled cheap SS tips, and then had to adapt them to 2.5" catback pipe size. The extra $100 for a bolt on deal with nice powdercoat and carven logo looks awsome for that added cost. Also the welds on these look great. Still tho... dropped the ball in my book.
