i have a 04 5.7, im pretty sure my cats are stopped up and was guna buy new ones but been thinking about cutting them off, ive read some other posts about it but not really alot of info, when i gutted the cat on my nissan the 02 code stays on all the time, i dont want that on the ram, if i cut the cats off and put a pipe in the place will the light come on? and if so can i just use dummy 02 sensors behind the pipe? the past few months its just slowly goten weaker it has a bully dog gt, k&N intake, air raid throttle body spacer, and when i hit the throttle you can hear it sucking alot of air but wont pick up fast unless its at full throttle. so would i be better off buying new cats of cutting them off??
