Pretty sure that I want this mod just not sure how it works with the 6 speed 2012 Hemi 5.7 and if its even possible. If so what is the approx. price of install and does anybody know of any good shops in the Virginia Beach area?

Unfortunately, the 2011's and 12's use a different VB that we have not been able to find the cores for. I dont expect the 2011-12 VB's to be available for at least another year.
Now the converter...that is going to be a huge improvement. You wont have any regrets with the converter.

What does it mean that these are specific to our vehicle? Also looking to do either the bully dog or trinity but not sure which one i would benefit more from if I just stick with a cai, 85mm TB, mufflex 14 and possibly a torque converter

if i were you id go with the trinity and look into getting a tune from hemifever...ive read nothing but good things about him..dont quote me on this but i think his trinity comes with a couple extra preloaded tunes that he does himself..

If you buy your Trinity from Hemifever you get a free custom tune ($125 value). the BD canned tunes are supposed to be stronger than the DS, but a DS with Hemifever tune is EPIC.

Each converter is custom built for your truck based on your mods and how you use it. If we build a 2600 stall converter and install it on a stock truck, it will stall up to 2600. If we put that same converter on a supercharged truck, it is going to stall up to 2800-3000rpms. Stall speed increases with tq, so we have to build them all specific to your truck to ensure the best performance and efficiency.

yeah, just tell Matt what you're wanting your truck to do, if you plan on towing a lot, or just a street truck, etc. Let him know what mods you are running and are for sure planning on doing, and he can get you pointed in the right direction as far as which one to get. you won't be disappointed
