All the 1500 megacabs do not have mds, right? Just curious becuse im getting almost 20 mpg at around 55mph and little less at higher speeds. Seems pretty good for such a big truck lol.

My 1500 quad cab with the 5.7 got 20 at that speed with the mds active or deactivated. The mds never made a difference in mpg for me.

No. Megacab is built on a 2500 chassis and running gear, which includes non-MDS 5.7 (or Cummins if you got that option).
