When moving the AC will freeze you out but when you come to a stop it get warm very quickly.

sounds like its no able to get rid of the heat. if i remember the ac condensor has a little fan on it. the may be bad and not getting ride of the heat when sitting still.

well then could also be low on charge or possibly a compressor/ pully problem. the second part actually make more sense. the engine is sitting at idle and not spinning the pulley as much.
