Dashboard sound but no light

Hi there, today my dashboard alert me with the regular check-engine sound but no light on the indicators, it keep ringing like every 2 minutes any ideas?

I know mine did that once before and it flashed the tail light out or something light for like a second but kept dinging for a while but the light was only on for like that one second
