I've been trying to find out where to buy some weather stripping for my 02 ram. I would like to get the ones that go on either side of the front windshield. I wasn't sure if they came on all trucks or just certain years. So I called my dealer today and asked him if he had them? he said " i'm not sure which ones you are talking about" please bring your truck so I can look at them. Meanwhile I'm walking around the parking lot at work and find a 3rd gen ram with the trim I'm looking for. So I take a picture of it and bring it with me to the dealer after work. He goes and looks at my truck and then on to the computer to find the part. He tells me they don't exist?? So I showed him the picture and I asked him to check other 3rd gen years, so he checked an 06 and he tells me they don't have them listed on that year either. Needless to say I'm confused. Here is the picture of what I'm talking about. I'm sure this is a stock piece and I've seen others on this forum with them. So if they don't exist in the dealer computer how would anyone get them replaced if they came out? Who here has them and how can I find them? A part number would be great if one exists.
