Schroeder that looks awesome man. Craftsmanship is great. Just out of curiosity what are you doing with the light bar?

It is sold as of right now...I have had 2 local people say they "want" it, but never meet me. Got one "meeting" me this weekend.

I'll keep ya posted ;)

And thanks!

needs that winch set up. I would also think about tac ing a plate in the triangles. Too make it look fuller. But I'm no welder, so See how it looks with some cardboard cutouts first I guess. Clearly you have outdone most people with that kind of ingenuity. Congrats dude.
btw who's the one with the square and pencil??

I'm thought about using expanded medal...but I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet with that. I might leave it open, or I might close it up.

The guy with the pencil is Loadedlaramie/06NightRunner01/Ryan. He has been a HUGE help on all of my projects

And thanks!

like to go 4 wheelin? Bad spot for the footlights. throw a bar across the top and''hang'' the hellas' then put the foot lights on top of the bottom bar where the hellas' were.
just a humble opinion. I had my share of wheeling, some of the best times in a truck/jeep.

you could always put lights in the triangle parts to throw light farther out to the sides.

thats what we were debating, figureing out a way to fab brackets to hang the factory fog lights there but its just to tight of a spot. expanded metal would look great but we gotta finish up the winch plate mount and fairlead config before we worry about that.

and yes, that is me with the "smart" tools in his hand. :roflsquared:

i do have a degree in engineering so this is kinda my thing. :word:

With the lights I am getting, they will be protected from the skid plate and the front 3" bar... BUt I'm still in the works of deciding were I want my lights!

Ryan (loadedlaramie) and I have been kicking back and forth what we are going to do with the gap in between the bars under the lights. I was thinking of going with some expanded metal to fil that in, or some diamong plate. Still unsure.

As far as a bar for the center, we are going to get the winch mounted up (be here Wed) and then see what room we have for a support bar going through the center.

Did get it back on the truck today, look great, just ready to get the lights a winch mounted, that gap in the center is killing me

You could make some money building those, after you do a few they should go together pretty quick!

Haha if only it was that easy... wish we could man. With both of us going through the hiring process for the local police department, and Ryan having a family, it would take forever to fill orders! :(
