Selling my 4wheeler soon so ill have some extra cash to throw at my '06. Part of me wants to do bilsteins and wheels/tires.. While the other half say go 6" lift and wheels/tires. Are you guys that are leveled happy with it? Or are you ready to lift more?!

I'm happy with my level, would have done a lift if I didn't have to park in a garage with a 6'8" clearance.

I would definitely go lift if you can afford it. But a level is still way better than stock.

I am happy with my level but wish I would of gone just a little higher... Instead of a 2.5" level I wish I would of gone a little higher like 3" or 4". Though I am glad I'm not too high as this will be a family truck within the next year or so and I don't want to be trying to strap a baby into a truck that's really high! Overall yes, I am happy with my level.

You can always get a 3" suspension lift. That's what I have wtih 33" tires and I can still just slide right in to the driver seat no problem bc It really doesnt lift it that much, IMO. and it levels the truck out. But then again I am 6' 2". You would be able to run 35"s if you wanted too.

I am in the same boat.. I'm ready for a new suspension so debating lift or level. I'm thinking of just getting the bilsteins for now since I can still use them with a 6 inch lift.

It depends what you want to do with the truck IMO dont lift it unless you have the money for a good lift like bds you get what you pay for I've learned this having lifted trucks. You can clear 35s with a level or you could run 33s and that will give you a more aggressive look over stock either way if you decide to go that way I would look at the bilsteins or the procomps ss pro runners like I run I did the bds spacer level on my truck and wasn't real happy with it

HemiSport, Seeing from the post that you said you have experience with lifted trucks, would you say BDS is a better lift than RC or some other brands?

For his year truck 06-08 I think bds is a better all around kit it is more pricey but I think they have went put more design into there parts and lift. The also offer a nice dual steering stabilizer set up for the 1500 and traction bars
