Getting ready to try and hammer out and smoth out a pretty seriosu dent in my rear fender. This will be my first attempt at major body work, i've bondo'd some smaller dents and dings from offroading incidents and what not. Looking for any tips or pointers. Thanks

Whats the dent look like?
I had a pretty bad one in my rear and used a bottle jack with a board a pushed most of it out. Now that the warmer weather is here it's popped even farther.

It happened over a year ago, ive been slowly working at it when i have time. I shouldve got a carfax because that panel has been hit before and had a decent amount of bondo on it. Ive ground most of it off and sanded some surface rust off and hit it with that rustoleum **** that supposed to get rid of rust until I can get a day to really get in there.
