Anyone know where to get a pair of bright license plate bulbs? Like the one's on Eaton07's truck. I would PM him but he hasn't been on here since 11/20/10. If I could get bulbs like that, that would be awesome. Mine aren't as bright as I would like them to be..

Most of your big auto stores have them in stock. All you need is a T-15 LED bulb which is the LED replacement for the license plate bulb. It plugs right into the same socket and nothing else is needed.

Yeah I'll post up a photo tonight to show everyone. I accidentally looked right into the bulb when it came on..ow lol. The plastic cover that the lights go through is all yellowish as a result of weathering...anyone know of anything I can use to make it go back to a clear plastic? So the light can go through 100%?

These photos were taken when it wasn't even fully dark out lol

glare on the 5 1/2 ft mound of snow

Those lights are MUCH brighter than what I had, I wish I has before/after pics. These lights will make the truck look 1000x cleaner in the spring/summer when I wash off all the salt and dirt. Nick, it is a cheap thing to buy and will make the truck look great!

As I was taking the photos, UPS delivered my cutout. I got two control modules, two sets of wires, two key fobs and four raceland emblems that I will probably put two of inside the cab on the dash :)

Not sure yet, I haven't left the driveway since I put them in. I was impressed when I saw the glare on the snow as it was able to cast a light pretty far over, so I would imagine it might help with backing up at night..not sure though
