I know there is a roll up tonneau that will work but I can't remember which one it is.

I have the Retrax cover on my truck. If I'm not mistaken you can order it with cut outs for the stake pockets. Then you would be able to maintain your rails

Any cover that attaches inside the rails, should work for your current set-up.

I think, that only softcovers does fit on my RAM with BedCaps, Bedrails, Bedliner and an original Tailgate Spoiler - isn't it?
We only know the firms extang and truxedo in germany, access we don't know. Has that firm good quality, too?
