So I shut my truck off then turned the pass airbag on started my truck now my airbag light is on. The switch doesn't light up now when the pass airbag was off the "off" light was on. Started truck several times still no luck. I also tried turning the pass airbag off still nothing. All help will be greatly appreciated!

Disconnect and reconnect the battery after 20 minutes? It should reset the computers but I don't know what parts of it. And let's hope that you don't have to find out if the airbag works or not!

The airbag light on the dashboard where the gauges are? this goes off if the airbag has been set off. may a short circuit in the wire burnt it out and may need to replace the airbag? hopefully that isn't the case

just had the same situation and found a little trick on one of the Dodge forums . I removed the switch , disassembled it and replaced the light with a bulb from Radio shack . I think it was a 12v 25ma . I just clipped the wires to the oe lamp and soldiered in the new wires and all is well , no more Red Airbag light . very easy to do .
