Retro-fit OEM Steering Wheel?

I have a 2003 Ram QuadCab. Hate the steering wheel. Loved the one in my '04. Truck is an SLT with cruise-control. I am wondering if an '04-up wheel will swap in and keep airbag and cruise control functions without any major headaches.

Sorry if this has been covered. I did some searching but not seeing anything on this topic six pages in..

Ive never really seen a definet answer on this or if someone has done it. I thought I read one time that someone said the wiring connectors for airbag, cruise and all dont match up

Keep us updated, I have a new 03 wheel I plan on putting on, but there are better choices for custom stuff for the 04-08 wheels. Would I'd really like is a newer 09+ wheel.

I wanna put a '01 wheel in my '11. I hate having a spoke in the middle on the bottom. It's where I keep my hand. lol!
