Check the baud rate and what version you are running. Mine would do that too every now and then until I checked them.

Go to their website and fill out a RMA form. They will email you a prepaid mailing slip. Mail it back, theyll replace it. Mine did it to and through all my research, this was the only way to get it fixed. Mines back now and works like a champ!

You could try with the Predator downloader and check for your machine or select the port maually then you can check the Baud rate thingy (as per Ryan suggestion), mine is set at 115200.

I use Predator on my Car and it only smelled like Burnt Aluminum Once, fingers crossed here it doesn't melt when i use it next. I have an 03 so thats why I do not use one on my Truck!

Go into the dsp menu on the controller and under options and I think settings there is an option to change the baud rate. Mine won't update right unless its set to 9600. Then go on the dsp downloader and change it to 9600 as well and then try to update it to the latest CROM version. After that load it onto the truck.

So you don't even see the opening menu? Even if you just plug the power cable in?

DSP? He has an intune, not a predator.

OP, go to their website and fill out an RMA form. They'll email you a prepaid paper, and you tape that on the box then drop it off at ups.

Ah yeah, the In-Tune is a whole other deal. I read dsp and thought it was the predator tuner. You can post up on their site and ask them about it. They are pretty helpful.
