Thanks, I was hoping to get a stencil and paint RAM on there in an accent color but got impatient and just threw on the truck. I like that is quieter than my old set up without the airbox and the filter exposed.

Where did you get your parts and how much did you spend, I like the looks of your setup. Can we get a step by step, this looks really simple, good work.

Just painted mine. Also made a nice PVC white MOPAR emblem in the middle.
Parts I used- 3" ID PCV, 3" ID PVC Street bend, Two 3" ID rubber couplings.

I picked up my parts at the local home depot. With clamps is costs me about $20.00 for the system. Then I bought a few rubber grommet at autzone and a small 90 degree breather valve. Took about 20 minutes to measure cut and assemble and the 30 minutes to paint.

From what I read the PVC upgrade with the stock air box and a good drop in filter is in some cases better than the expensive "cold air intakes" out there. I have the K&N CAI and I'm prob gonna go back to the PVC into stock air box one for a couple reasons, K&N is too loud and I feel it sucks in MORE hot air than cool air like the stock box. But who knows, this topic gets beat up a lot and there are few true cold air intakes out there. Another side note, I think the loud air sound coming from under the hood makes people think there is more power ? Without a dyno is prob hard to tell.
