I have an 05 ram 2500 5.9 cummins. Cold air intake, fuel pressure system upgrade with water separator, and running a smarty senior tuner at 90 horse setting. I have noticed that upon revving the motor that the rpm's do not drop when the throttle is released. But they continue to hold at Rev point that the throttle is released for about 2-3 seconds. So a simple Rev is not that. Any info, advice, and help is greatly appreciated.
