I've been trying to solve this problem I'm having with my kenwood dnx 9990hd.

Everytime it starts up it goes through the initial setup, which its only suppose to do on the very first boot up or after a hard reset.

Does anybody know anything about this? I'm currently on v1.7 software

Yes, I've got the wiring squared away and the problem still exists

tried switching your yellow and red wire around? they yellow is the 12v constant wire and the red wire needs to be hooked to the accessory wire, so when you turn your key on it turns the radio on.
