RA2 to RA3 sound quality

Has anyone who has upgraded from the RA2 to the RA3 or 4 noticed an improvement in sound quality? I'm not an audiophile but the RA2 is just a little lacking.

to me the the ra3/4 sounds better than the ra2 it seems to be a cleaner sound.have to adjust the bass to negative numbers for my liking.of course everyone hears things different and of course a aftermarket unit would sound way better. but the ra3/ra4 functions better with the truck.not much price difference between a ra3 and ra4 if you shop around and if you wanted to ever sell it the ra4 would be easier to get rid of.
