UConnect Expire and renewal

Hey All,

So the trucks just went over 6 months and the wifeys only had the 6 month trial. I paid to renew this through the web site for UConnect (piece of mind for me out here). Logged into Uconnect and it now says it is inactive. Checked the bank account and it surely got taken out. :emotions122:

I'm trying to avoid needing to call. (I'm still in Afghanistan for the next couple of days and the interwebs blow out here). Just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue.

Are you logging in with the same email address that it was registered to, or was that changed at any point?

Mine did the same thing, It took 2 days to update their system. I would try to log out then back in and check. Also, i get a better deal when i called in and talked to them. They gave me a 15% discount to renew and pay the year up front.

I didn't renew cause had my phone linked with Pandora app then it stopped working no matter what I did plus SiriusXM gave me a really good deal for a year

The Uconnect and SiriusXM are two completely different programs. The Uconnect gives you functions that can be operated by logging in online or using the app over you smartphone. A Uconnect subscription will not give you SiriusXM.
