oem speakers in alt Reg' Cab

This is a dumb question but do i have any more speakers other than the ones in the doors? This is for the factory stereo with single cd unit.

I have two is the back side pillars just over the tray in my SLT also.

Is the rear the same size/style as the fronts?

Crutchfield has all this information. Speaker sizes, depths etc.
I reference them frequently.

I thought the fronts were 6x9 and the rear are 5 1/4.

well the 05 used to be mine LOL but I have been driving it recently. My dad bought it from me when I bought the 08. He hasn't been using it so I've been driving it. I would like to buy it back as it is still my favorite kind of ram.
