HI all, 09 Ram, I have stiff spots in my power steering when wheel is turned to go around a corner, it seems like it gets to a stiff spot and then jumps past almost causing an over steer, it doesn't do it going straight, pump is full, not whining or leaking , has chrysler ps fluid , any idea what the heck is causing this, I appreciate any input you have, have a great weekend and thanks in advance
