$6500 fair price?

Hey guess, just checking to see if I need a reality check. Im asking 6500 for my 98 1500 4x4 ext cab short box ram. About 84k miles. Trans was rebuilt, as was the water pump. 9in of lift(3in is BL) full rear leafs in the back. 37s, 16in procomp wheels, fiberglass hood with 3in cowl. full custom exhaust and a bunch other stuff but you get the idea. I can be honest it does need a little TLC but it aint bad. So what do you think am I being fair?

its not letting me see your pics you posted but sounds like a steal to me. ive been trying to decide what mine would be worth as well. really wanting an extended cab cummins

I just bought a 2001 Ram 1500 4x2 SLT laramie ext cab 5.2L Magnum with 175k miles, no mechanical issues, clean interior, had some paint fading on the hood and roof. Had aftermarket fog lights, outdoor lights(in hood) and strobe lights, custom dual exhaust, diamond side rails, and side steps, and new tires. Its a nice truck, but has some miles on it, not what I'd expect on a 12-13 year old truck but still. I got it for 3000, I do feel like I got a good deal on it though. Hope you find that helpful, I've always been taught that any aftermarket parts or accessories you put on a car you might as well consider a loss when you try to sell for the most part. I don't know if that really holds the same as far as trucks go though.

I had my truck on Craigslist for 6500 and had a few calls on it. Never had the heart to sell it tho. Mine doesn't have half of that done to it so I'd say its a good price since mine has 215,*** miles on it

cool. Thanks. Well I was not active in selling it but recently ive been getting people asking about it. So I just posted it on CL. Guess ill see what happens. If I had my own place id keep it but since I dont I might as well sell it.

That is an absolute steal. If I was in the market for a truck I would def buy that one. Sweet looking truck. Good luck with selling
