I have decided to go with the 3" lift and gunna run 35X12.50R17 tires. If i need more lift ill add a spacer in the front and add-a-leaf in the rear. But i need to do something about gearing?? Any suggestions?? Ive heard 4.56's

Lift will be perfect for the tires . What gears do you have now ? With the 5.9 I would not get gears as that is a strong TQ motor . Bigger than 35's than yes upgrade them . But you will be fine IMO

Yeah that lift should be good. Here is a stock off road (which is roughly about 2 inches higher than a regular ram) with 35s on 17s rubs at full lock

If you have 3.92 you will be fine. Even with the 3.55 the 5.9 can handle the size. Just don't expect for it to get up and go like a scalded dog.

My 3.92 and 35's are just fine. I did notice a drop in power going from the old 275's but she'll still break the big ones loose from a stop lol
