Depends on how much you want it too look 4x4. The leveling kit will bring up the front just a little so its even in the back. You will need a lift kit to get the offroad 4x4 look.

You can level it with a set of coil springs from a 2500 too and it will ride better.

well i want it to look 4x4, enough that people will mistake it for a 4x4, how much lift would i need ? i'm think about a 5" inch lift, cause i'm going to get some mud tires to put on it, would doing all this effected my overdrive?
thanks. Paige

6" suspension lift will get you started , Then get some 4x4 stickers . But if anyone finds out they might flame you for it ... and dont get stuck

Are they a direct swap? Would you need anything else. I imagine you would need an aliginment but would it throw anything else off?

After the alignment, you should be good to go. I'm on my phone and can't tell, but what year is your truck?

Not real sure this would work for you bud. They are talkin 2nd gen, you got a 3rd. There are leveling kits for ours though

You can put a leveling kit on it and fit 35's on the factory wheels. If you go any wider than a 10.5" wide tire without spacers, you'll rub on full lock with a 4wd. Not sure how the front end is on a 2wd though

2WD sit lower than a 4x4 so she will need more lift to fit 35's .

I say suspension lift

Exactly...I am not too sure about a 3rd gen, but yes, they are a direct swap on the gen 2's

Also...with the Daystar Spring Spacers, with the 2.5" spacers the max tire size is 32"....and you are going to want to replace your shocks with longer travel shocks, so your ride doesnt go to complete ****.
