on my '94 2500, would I clear 35's with a 3" body lift and leveled?

You should. You can tuck 35"s with just a level but do recommend some sort of a lift. TX bass has 35"s on his level.

Yes , my 2500 has a 3" suspension and clears 35x12.50 's ... no issues
