Well today the Mega went to its new owner and I was bummed . Was going to go the the fair but decided to just get my mind off the ol girl ans start on the CTD .
I rhino lined the new bushwachers and UV top coated them .
Sanded the rockers ... need to por-15 the rust ... but sanded all that rust down to metal . Then roll the rhino on the rockers .

When all said in done this body will be better than new .

Sand , Primer , Seal ...

The key is to sand all rust ... then primer than seal with a good undercoating material .

Easy .. just get a sander .. I use one that hooks up to my air compressor.

Prep is the key ..

Tape off what you want to do ... sand the clear off .. clean , then prep any holes ect .. then rhino line it with the kit and after 4 hrs go over it with UV top coat . Easy .. Just prep well .

On a funny note my Ol man got me a t-shirt that says "if it ain't rattling it ain't a truck " with the big cummins logo.
