Por-15 tips

I have some surface rust coming threw my cab corners and where the paint has come off the bottoms of my doors so I was wanting to Por-15 them. Anyone used the stuff? My main issue is preping the panels before painting it on.

Why this ended up in the Audio section is beyond me lol. I swear I hit exterior so any mod reading this feel free to move it

I have used it before....area prep is very key with this stuff. You have to remove the rust completely for putting the POR-15 on or it will just grow under it. When I did my old K5 I used Rust Bullet on the bare clean steel they POR-15

My buddies use it one there jeep, it's held up better then the herculiner in there tubs

Gotcha bud lol

And prep is the key when using this. Like mentioned before, you've got to get rid of ALL of the rust or you're just wasting your time lol
